Katie has more than fifteen years of experience in the practice of insurance defense and coverage litigation. She has represented both individuals and corporations in cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, coverage disputes, and construction defects. She has defended cases in numerous jurisdictions in Ohio and Kentucky and has also appeared and argued before The Supreme Court of Ohio, The Kentucky Supreme Court, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

Katie was born and raised in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, and is a 2002 graduate of Xavier University and a 2006 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was on law review. She lives in a Cincinnati suburb with her husband, three kids, and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at her favorite animal shelter and at her kids’ elementary school.
