Natalie practices in the areas of personal injury defense, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. She primarily assists insurers and their insureds in the investigation and defense of claims against them. She has first chair trial experience and has handled cases from complaint through resolution, both trial and ADR. She tried her first jury trial to a defense verdict. She has defended cases in numerous jurisdictions.

Natalie was awarded Martindale-Hubbell®’s highest rating, AV Preeminent®, in 2017. AV Preeminent® is a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Ohio SuperLawyer magazine named Natalie a “SuperLawyer” in 2022-2026 and a “Rising Star” in 2014-2018 and 2020-2021 in the field of personal injury defense, a designation awarded to less than 2.5% of all lawyers in Ohio. SuperLawyers is a joint publication of Law & Politics and Cincinnati magazines.

Natalie currently serves as the Central Region Director of DRI – Lawyers Representing Business, the largest association of civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel. She previously served as the State Representative of Ohio for DRI from 2022-2025. Natalie is also a Past President of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA). She was awarded OACTA’s Frank Seth Hurd Member of the Year Award in 2025, Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2015, and the Committee Chair of the Year in 2012.

Natalie is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana State Bar Associations and Cincinnati Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie clerked for a law firm in Louisville, Kentucky and for the Honorable Michelle Keller of the Kentucky Court of Appeals (now Justice Keller with the Kentucky Supreme Court).
