Attorney Nicolas L.M. Davis
Nicolas Davis is a 2021 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. While at the University of Dayton, he served as the president of the Federal Bar Association – Dayton Chapter Student Division, worked as a research assistant for the American Business Law Journal, served as a publication editor for the Dayton Law Review following his time as a staff writer, and was chosen to participate in the Leadership Honors Program.
Mr. Davis focused his studies in the areas of probate law, estate planning, wills and trust, and family law. He also penned a student comment for the Dayton Law Review on the topic of federal cannabis contract litigation, a comment which is pending publication in 2022.
Mr. Davis believes that the most important aspect of being a new attorney is providing prompt, reliable, and efficient communication with his clients on all matters. He also adheres to the idea that clients should be empowered by their attorneys to learn as much as possible about their legal options. He is committed to providing quality representation and legal information to his clients in pursuit of the best outcomes.
