Eli is the Chair of Young & Alexander’s Probate and Estate Planning Department. He has been practicing for over 11 years focused in the above areas of law.
When Eli counsels his clients his initial and paramount focus is identifying the goals of the client. He then develops an appropriate strategy and plan tailored to obtain those goals. When providing counsel Eli prefers to establish expectations of all parties and constantly strives to exceed those expectations. He understands that each person’s needs are unique and takes the time to understand and creatively meet those needs. His goal with all clients is to provide the best advice from all perspectives.
Eli also advises and administers probate estates for families, easing their stress during highly emotional times. When families are faced with the need to appoint a guardian for a loved one, Eli assists in administering the guardianship proceeding in Probate Court.
Eli is an active participant in the Will for Heroes program, which is a charitable organization providing free estate planning guidance and document drafting for police officers, fire fighters and first responders. He also provides pro bono legal services as part of the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project. He also spends time participating and volunteering with local organizations.
