Natalie is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana State Bar Associations. Ohio Super Lawyers magazine named Natalie a “Super Lawyer” in 2022 and a “Rising Star” in the field of personal injury defense from 2014-2018 and 2020-2021. She is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and Defense Research Institute. She was awarded the OACTA Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2015 and the OACTA Committee Chair of the Year in 2012. She currently serves as the Immediate Past President of OACTA.

Natalie has first chair trial experience and has handled cases from complaint through resolution, both trial and ADR. She tried her first jury trial to a defense verdict.

In law school, Natalie served as Articles Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review and participated in Moot Court. She also volunteered at wills and domestic relations clinics. Prior to joining the firm, Natalie clerked for a law firm in Louisville, Kentucky and the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

Outside of the office, Natalie spends a significant amount of time volunteering in the community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Bake Me Home and GRAD Cincinnati. Natalie is also involved in the Junior League of Cincinnati and was awarded the Jeanne Boyce Morrison President Award in 2011 for distinguished achievement through volunteer service by the Junior League.
